Peace & Anti-Nuclear

Keith is a long time peace campaigner who has publicly condemned the disastrous foreign policy endeavours which emerged as part of the ‘War on Terror’. He opposes the siting of US military facilities on EU soil, is calling for accelerated nuclear disarmament, and will challenge the UK government’s proposed renewal of the Trident weapons system. As a member of the Parliamentary delegation to Afghanistan, he will play an active role in promoting good relations with the Afghan government. He is calling for the early withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan and for full recognition of the humanitarian crisis unfolding in the country. Keith has also called for a peaceful solution to the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict and for an end to the Israeli blockade of Gaza.
