Keith Taylor, Green MEP for the South East, has written to the Surrey County Council criticising the decision not to undertake an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of the controversial plans for drilling in Dunsfold, Surrey.

The senior Green Party politician remains opposed to oil and gas drilling across the South East.
